Jones, Macura Co-Players Of The Year

Tyus Jones of Apple Valley and J.P. Macura of Lakeville North were selected as Co-Players of the Year when the 2014 Minnesota Associated Press All-State Boys’ Basketball Team was announced recently.

A total of 15 players from around the state were honored. All but three of them are seniors.

Junior Alex Illikainen of Grand Grands made the first team, while junior Sam Neumann of Cretin-Derham Hall and sophomore Amir Coffey were chosen for the second team.
